Food presentation is almost as important as the taste. I love playing around with food and creating unique and not only taste but also eye-pleasing combinations. These avocado shrimp boats are almost too cute to eat and will look super fancy at your next party!
- 2 avocados
- 4 cooked small shrimp
- 4 cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 lime (slices into small wedges)
- Cut avocados in half and remove the pits. With a spoon, push down the hole of the avocado to make a little more room for the rest of the ingredients. Arrange shrimp, lime and tomatoes inside the avocado boat. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
